In 1998, Hill and Xecuteur started to establish themselves in the world of internet gaming. In several games and clans, both gathered experience in gaming and in particular, leading a clan.
Only a short while after that, both started their careers as clan leaders. With different styles of leadership, they led their clans through highs and lows, fully aware of their responsibilities. Yet for the whole time, both were connected by a healthy rivalry.
This rivalry did not really harm their teams’ success, but rather encouraged them to do their best, to give everything they’ve got.
Team Mystic, Xecuteur’s creation, eventually turned the tide in its favour and made its way to the top of the competitive European Starsiege: Tribes scene, leaving Hill’s team behind.
Although both teams had been active in several games at this point in time, Starsiege: Tribes has always been their main focus. And so it was no surprise that this development led to a decision of the rivalry in favour of Xecuteur’s team.
The leader’s ways parted and Hill started to get more involved in community projects such as:

Supporter and Host of www.Supermutant.de
(Home of a rapidly growing Fallout fan community)
Xecuteur joined the Swiss Armed Forces and served for three years.
In February 2009, both leaders coincidentally met each other again. But this time, things would become different: It’s not about two youths trying to outdo each other anymore, but about two mature gamers which try to prove together that they are able to take hold in the grown E-Sports community out there.
Enter…Team Intolerance.
Our clan was founded in February 2009 by Hill and Xecuteur. It all started with the Fallen Empire: Legions squad. Only one week later, the first non-Legions players joined the clan – the beginning of our CS:S squad.
With this CS:S squad, we took our first step into competing in a popular game. the line up was

They played alot in ESL and were dedicated to be high , but the team as self did not work out even if the skill was on the right place.. and they just splitted after internally fight - age difference and interessts in different ways made it stop..
In May the CoD4 squad joined up with Intolerance former called revX which already chalked up several accomplishments in the European scene:

- 23rd place in the -Search and Destroy 5on5 Ladder (Clanbase)
- 1st place in the -Search and Destroy 3on3 Ladder (Clanbase)
While our CoD4 squad won match after match, a second CoD squad joined Intolerance. Despite the high niveau of the European CoD2 scene, the players already managed to achieve their first successes
- Top 20 in the Hungarian ladders (Clanbase)
- 44th place in the Ladder (Clanbase)
- Clanbase S/D Ladders Cup Winner
- Clanbase 5on5 Sesonal EU Winner
Both teams were also dedicated to be high and aswell we managed it pretty hard. the cod4 team played under our flag at reality LAN and
could come up to rank #5 - after the lan we know it should hav been top 3 after watching the demos. That team aswell died cause of a internall fight between the Leader GSTARR and the player dutch what wanted to reach more in a other team. alltough all nice guys if they just would hav had the same interessts (eSport typicall , the team died 2 weeks after the reallity Lan)

In June, yet another FPS squad joined our ranks: The RTCW: Enemy Territory squad, which has also been quite successful so far Lineup

Primary we can say they were pretty highskilled. stib got caught at cheating what was the first scandal in our szene. after that we removed the complete squad mainly cause of beeing inacitve and searched for a new ET squad. Their ranks were good ... but compared with their role in our multi gaming clan was that nothing .......

Id did not take long till we had a new team intressing to join us. to be honest we did not hav a clue about ET then we had none that was really intruced in the szene and so we could not see what team works out or not so we decided because of their name for the ex ROCKIT team with the line up

they played for us around 3-5 months died after a internall fight again rejoined and died again. pretty hard that we couldnt fix their internall problems between flashy and flocky. we dont know the reason till today..... its always hard for a organisation to mix in like parents.. and we just stopped playing ET for that time.. we saw no reason... till.....
Notorious came in our organisation as manager for ET he is ESL admin and knows the szene pretty well ... we gave him the order to search a team that fits with us. after 1-2 Weeks he finnaly could dealout with Fnatics.pl a deal they joined us under follow line up and are till today a part of our clan

Also ZIEZZOR Joined us for a while.. he was independent news writer and wrote some news for us. basicly really good ones. he made his own org.. Dynamic-Esports , we supported him a bit but it did not work out and now is he claned somewhere. the contact is gone aswell due lack of intress from his side. Either Psyco from maker from the Reality LAN website was for a short time a part of our management. but his changes didnt take the wished effect and we removed him after a while of inactivity from our rows.. we never heard anything from him since then and thats good aswell.I ntolerance was also home of a very successful Fifa squad which left us shortly after it beat Redline, 4Kings and other major clans.

Their players were pretty high skilled in their way of gaming and fast we became in FIFA a good name.. but how the live is we had a bit unluck there.. a bigger multi clan "Celsus" took us that squad away cause we had then not the financors to support them with that what they need.
After we lost the fifa squad we were really thinking about how can we grow without making a mistake.. its pretty uncool if you get teams they promisse alot and then you hav nothing.. so we thought.. we get more prooved teams (stable and recruit them) so we created Rules. to fix up the things we want/give.. till today we can say it was the best thing we made.. so all is clear and none has question about something what is not explained
After our COD4 Team died into Oktober we didnt want to get just any team in our rows ... we waited long till we decided and there was a team what was pretty awsome (atleast the first look... more later) it was a french team.. the communications block was allready a problem since they just had 1 good english speaking guy.

We agreed with them and let them do what they promissed us (comming far) they holded their promissions and came up to rank 12 at CB and 8 at ESL. we wanted to send them to lan and agreed with our LAN sponsors that we pay them the entry full for the LAN. Till then was everthing okay and we had nothing to complain they putted their wars nice in our score board - were active - played alot with other members.. like french guys are  familiar... But then we had to wake up ... cheat roumors about randall and fuckr were comming up and some guys of the community contacted us private and showed us demos and alot of other stuff.. we were angry.. but waited for their statement.. alltough it was not 100% proofed that they had cheated in any officiall game or not( We dont acctep cheaters in our rows.. we kick them instantly) it was maybe 2-5 days before the lan.. then it happend. they did not show up to lan and informed us just 1 day after the lan started.. we thought they were there and played but as we heard they even did not show up we had a problem.. A) the sponsor payed and the MAXLAN did not wanted to repay us the money. B)The cheat roumours about randall and fuckr has been louder now.. we decided to kick that team without discussion....
